For those of you willing to wade into the brackish waters of federal policies, Regulations.Gov provides a web interface for searching, viewing and commenting on all proposed federal regulations.   You can search by docket, document and keyword as well as links for seeing what has been published for the day.  Unfortunately they don't appear to have an RSS feed.  I've sent a comment on the website about RSS and if you're interested in this type of information, I urge you to visit the site and comment as well.
