Lime Wire counter sues RIAA
Just imagine the Eye of Sauron, where its withering gaze destroys all it surveys, and like Frodo climbing Mount Doom, here comes Lime Wire, who has counter-sued the RIAA based on antitrust violations. Lime Wire is going for a trial by jury. I wish I could view the jury selection process on this one. The discovery phase should also be quite interesting. Here's hoping some rock solid evidence can be produced that will support Lime Wire's suit.
