ASDoc Error: unable to open 'and'

If you ever try and run ASDoc  and get the following error;

Error: unable to open 'and'

Check your JDK settings and make sure that you're not using an older JDK( i.e. 1.4).  For some of our projects, I have to develop in the older JDK's and forgot I had set my development settings and paths to an older JDK.  The error wasn't very descriptive and I had to scratch my head a bit until I realized I had everything pointing to the older JDK.
